1. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling.

2. Weekly Package Policy

Paid weekly packages are non-refundable.

However, participants may reschedule missed sessions within 10 days, subject to availability.

3. Extended Session Policy

Any participant who remains beyond 2:30 PM will automatically be considered enrolled in the Extended Session.

Extension fee:AED 70 — covers until 4:00 PM.
